Using my access email and password I paid inadvertently for several subscriptions and accounts which do not work for me. I notified both Magicjack customer service department and billing office about the payments made since August 2014 so as to make International phone calls. The only response I received in my email from Magicjack service is the message "out of the Office call billing." I sent email to billing department and I am waiting now October 15,2014. I am told users can use only one account and the accounts are not transferable. Not a good experience for me.
